TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) has issued a request for proposals to develop displacement-based design and construction specifications for implementation of accelerated bridge construction (ABC) column connections in moderate-to-high seismic regions. Proposals are due by December 9, 2014.
