TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) has issued a request for proposals to develop guidelines to improve the quality of element-level data collection for the National Highway System Bridges in reference to the AASHTO Manual for Bridge Element Inspection. Proposals are due by December 18, 2014.
