Evaluation of Air-Coupled Impact-Echo Test Method

The Institute for Transportation at Iowa State University has released a report that presents a study on the recently-developed air-coupled impact-echo (IE) nondestructive testing method in which microphones replace the traditional physically-coupled IE sensors for testing concrete on bridge decks.
