Meeting Rescheduled

Due to the Corona Virus Emergency, the Southeast Bridge Preservation Partnership Meeting originally scheduled for 24-26 March 2020 at Hot Springs, Arkansas has been rescheduled for 24-26 August 2020 at Hot Springs, Arkansas. We have chosen the new date assuming that by August 2020, public health conditions will have improved sufficiently to permit the meeting and its associated travel to occur. We regret the continuing inconvenience caused by the necessity to cancel and reschedule the meeting.

For those individuals who made their own travel arrangements, please be sure to cancel all original March reservations with your travel provider, including flight, hotel, and car rental.

For AASHTO TSP2 sponsored travelers, NCPP will cancel your original March flight, hotel, and car rental reservations for you.

We will provide more information about registration fees in a forthcoming communication. For all other inquiries, we suggest you use e-mail to contact appropriate NCPP staff who are working remotely – Judith Corley-Lay at email hidden; JavaScript is required; Neal Galehouse at email hidden; JavaScript is required, or Patte Hahn at email hidden; JavaScript is required.

What is the Southeast Bridge Preservation Partnership (SEBPP)?
The Southeast Bridge Preservation Partnership is a regional forum comprised of bridge practitioners from State, Local and Federal Government Agencies, Contractors, Consultants, Suppliers, and Academia where bridge preservation practices throughout the Southeast Region are shared. You are encouraged to become a member of the SEBPP, but membership is not required to attend the 2020 annual meeting.

State transportation agencies: through the AASHTO TSP-2 yearly, voluntary contribution, state member agencies may send two participants and receive travel, lodging, registration, and miscellaneous expense reimbursement for those two participants to attend the 2020 annual meeting.

(New in 2020) Local agencies: for payment of a $2,250 fee, local agencies receive a one-year membership and may send one participant and receive travel, lodging, registration, and miscellaneous expense reimbursement for that one participant to attend the 2020 annual meeting.

Industry members will each receive one paid exhibitor display space with table plus paid registration for two participants who will also be eligible to serve as officers. Elected industry officers may cast one vote on issues being considered at the business meeting. National membership for 2020 in the Bridge Preservation Partnerships allows these benefits at each of the four 2020 regional partnership meetings. Regional membership for 2020 in the Southeast Bridge Preservation Partnership allows these benefits for this meeting only. Optional Industry Sponsorships—to Support Additional State Attendees. See industry registration page for details.
