What is the Western Bridge Preservation Partnership (WBPP)? The Western Bridge Preservation Partnership is a regional forum comprised of bridge practitioners from State, Local and Federal Government Agencies, Contractors, Consultants, Suppliers, Academia, and Canadian Provinces where bridge preservation practices throughout the Western Region are shared. You are encouraged to become a member of the WBPP, but membership is not required to attend the 2020 annual meeting.

State transportation agencies: through the AASHTO TSP-2 yearly, voluntary contribution, state member agencies may send two participants and receive travel, lodging, registration, and miscellaneous expense reimbursement for those two participants to attend the 2020 annual meeting.

(New in 2020) Local agencies: for payment of a $2,250 fee, local agencies receive a one-year membership and may send one participant and receive travel, lodging, registration, and miscellaneous expense reimbursement for that one participant to attend the 2020 annual meeting.

Industry members will each receive one paid exhibitor display space with table plus paid registration for two participants who will also be eligible to serve as officers. Elected industry officers may cast one vote on issues being considered at the business meeting.

National membership for 2020 in the Bridge Preservation Partnerships allows these benefits at each of the four 2020 regional partnership meetings.

When and where will the 2020 Partnership Meeting be held? The 2020 WBPP meeting will be held May 12—14, 2020 in Glendale, Arizona at the Renaissance Hotel Glendale, 9495 W. Coyotes Blvd., Glendale, AZ. Dress is business casual.

How do I register? Please complete the meeting registration form attached and return by fax or mail to the address indicated on the form or register online at HERE . Online registration by May 1, 2020 is requested. See the chart below for all options, benefits and fees for registering for the meeting.

Attendees receiving travel assistance, hotel reservations and travel reimbursement from NCPP: complete and return the Travel Planning Request Form found online at: bit.ly/TSP2TravelRequestForm . Please follow the instructions on the form.

Attendees not receiving travel assistance, hotel reservations and travelreimbursement from NCPP, Please make your room reservation directly by contacting the hotel at 888-236-2427 by April 17th, 2020 to obtain the reduced meeting rate of $139.00 per night, plus all applicable taxes. Please identify yourself as part of the WBP group.
