What is the Midwest Bridge Preservation Partnership (MWBPP)? The Midwest Bridge Preservation Partnership is a regional forum comprised of bridge practitioners from State. Local and Federal Government Agencies, Contractors, Consultants, Suppliers, Academia, and Canadian Provinces where bridge preservation practices throughout the Midwest Region are shared. You are encouraged to become a member of the MWBPP, but membership is not required to attend the 2019 annual meeting.
State transportation agencies: through the AASHTO TSP-2 yearly, voluntary contribution, state member agencies may send two participants and receive travel, lodging, registration, and expense reimbursement for those participants to attend the 2019 annual meeting.
Provincial agencies: for payment of a $4,500 fee, provincial member agencies may send two participants and receive travel, lodging, registration, and expense reimbursement for those two participants to attend the 2019 annual meeting.
(New in 2019) Local agencies: for payment of a $2,250 fee, local member agencies may send one participant and receive travel, lodging, registration, and expense reimbursement for that one participant to attend the 2019 annual meeting.
Industry members will each receive one paid exhibitor display space and table plus paid registration for two participants who will also be eligible to serve as officers. Elected industry officers may cast one vote on issues being considered at the business meeting. National membership in the Bridge Preservation Partnerships allows these benefits at each of the four regional partnership meetings. Regional membership in the Northeast Bridge Preservation Partnership allows these benefits for this meeting only. New for 2019!!! Optional Industry Sponsorships—to Support Additional State Attendees. When and where will the 2019 Partnership Meeting be held? The partnership meeting will be held October 15—17, 2019 in Bismarck, ND at the Radisson Hotel Bismarck and the adjacent Bismarck Event Center. Dress is business casual.
How do I register? Please complete the attached meeting registration form and return by fax or mail to the address indicated on the form or register online at HERE. Online registration by October 4, 2019 is requested.
Attendees receiving travel assistance, hotel reservations and travel reimbursement from NCPP: complete and return the Travel Planning Request Form found online at: HERE. Please follow the instructions on the form.
Attendees not receiving travel assistance, hotel reservations and travel reimbursement from NCPP: Please make your room reservation directly by contacting the hotel at 701-255-6000 by September 30, 2019 to obtain the reduced rate of $139.00 per night.
