2022 WBPP Annual Meeting

What is the Western Bridge Preservation Partnership (WBPP)?
The WBPP is a regional forum comprised of bridge preservation practitioners from State, Local and Federal Government Agencies, Contractors, Consultants, Suppliers, and Academia where bridge preservation practices throughout the Western Region are shared. WBPP is an are element of the AASHTO Transportation System Preservation Technical Services Program (TSP-2). We encourage you to become a member of the WBPP, but membership is not required to attend the 2022 annual meeting.
State transportation agencies: through the AASHTO TSP-2 yearly, voluntary contribution, state member agencies may send two participants and receive travel, lodging, registration, and expense reimbursement for those participants to attend the 2022 annual meeting.
Provincial agencies: for payment of a $4,500 fee, provincial member agencies may send two participants and receive travel, lodging, registration, and expense reimbursement for those two participants to attend the 2022 WBPP meeting.
Local agencies: for payment of a $2,250 fee, local member agencies may send one participant and receive travel, lodging, registration, and expense reimbursement for that one participant to attend the 2022 WBPP meeting.
Industry members: will each receive one paid exhibitor display space and table plus paid registration for two participants who will also be eligible to serve as officers. Elected industry officers may cast one vote on issues being considered at the business meeting. National membership in the Bridge Preservation Partnerships for 2022 allows these benefits at each of the four 2022 regional partnership meetings. When and where will the 2022 WBPP be held? The 2022 WBPP meeting will be held August 9—11, 2022 at the Boise Centre West, 850 W Front Street, Boise, Idaho. Dress is business casual.
How do I register? Please complete the meeting registration form attached and return by fax or mail to the address indicated on the form or register online: HERE. Registration by July 25th, 2022 is requested.
Attendees receiving travel assistance, hotel reservations and travel reimbursement from NCPP: complete and return the Travel Planning Request Form found online at: bit.ly/TSP2TravelRequestForm. Please follow the instructions on the form.
Attendees not receiving travel assistance, please make your room reservation by July 9th, 2022 directly at one of these two the hotels to obtain the reduced meeting rate of $229.00 per night, plus all applicable taxes.
